We stayed here with our family for 3 days. The location is very close to the major tourist attractions in Ooty. It is a safe and comfortable place for families. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. This is one of the best budget-friendly places to stay in Ooty. The tea and snacks were excellent and very tasty. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place to others.

We recently stayed in this hotel during our recent visit to Ooty. Very nice hotel, good for couple and family, it’s near to bus stand, they also provide food in the hotel. You can order from there. Felt little bit costly, but compared to other places in Ooty it’s good.

This is just for safe and decent stay, not for luxury or romantic. If any one looking for good view it may not work. But there will be rooms at the top, there you may get city view. Check before book.

I liked the place a lot. It is in walking distance to the railway station and bus park. Also, you can find plenty of dine-in and take-out options nearby. Water in bathroom comes 24×7 and you can use the geyser anytime you like. However, I kind of did not like the curry items in the food. Rest dosa, tea and other items in breakfast were good. Also, the facility is decent. The staff and reception people were quite friendly people. We were also allowed for early check-in. So, that’s a plus.

We had a wonderful stay at Aakash Rooms and Cottages during our family Ooty trip. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well maintained. The TV was large and had full set-top box subscriptions, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

All basic amenities were available, including dental kits, 24-hour hot water in the washroom, and both hot and cold drinking water through a water purifier. The room service was also excellent and the staff were very supportive. The dinner at night and the breakfast in the morning were both very tasty and good in quality. Although complimentary breakfast was not provided like in some other hotels, the room price was very affordable and absolutely worth it for the facilities and service provided. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ooty!

Rooms and services are very good. Location wise is also fine, it’s almost in main market. Just there is slight problem with parking. The road is very narrow for parking SUV. But the rooms and services everything is nice.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. We took the suite in first floor. Room was neat and clean, had continuous hot water supply. Food at the hotel is good taste but slightly costly. Location is uphill 10–15 mins walk from Ooty main bus stand. Overall we liked the hotel.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Aakash Rooms, Ooty. The room provided was very spacious, neat and tidy with all the necessary amenities. A pleasant bonus was the huge TV and the play room, which kept the kids engaged. They serve good food on demand and the room service was prompt every time. The staff were extremely cooperative and helpful. Overall, a great place to stay in Ooty!

Really worth for the money. Staffs are more friendly. Food can order, taste was very nice. Water heater, hair dryer, bed sheet, TV are all so good. All amenities were great. Staff allowed me to keep my luggage until 3 pm even I had checkout at 11 o’clock, also allowed me to refresh. I strongly recommend for all.

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Ramesh and Mr. Sathish for their excellent room arrangements and kind hospitality during my stay at Aakash Rooms and Cottage, located in the heart of Ooty. The stay was truly pleasant, comfortable, and budget-friendly — offering great value without compromising on cleanliness, service, or comfort. The rooms were well-maintained, and every request was attended to promptly with a cheerful attitude.

We had booked a luxury suite for a staycation. The room was spacious and clean. The wifi connection was strong and reliable for us to work remotely. The location is good since it is nearby all major attractions in Ooty. There are no views from the room and food can be a little better for the price. Overall a good stay.

Upon arrival, we reached the hotel early in the morning, and despite the official check-in time being 1 pm, they kindly provided us with a room at 8 am, free of extra charge — a nice touch that made us feel welcome right away… the staff quickly suggested alternative rooms… we chose the luxury double room, and it turned out to be a perfect fit.

The hotel provided all the necessary toiletries, including toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, and even moisturizer… There was a nice common area on the first floor where we spent a lot of our evenings, enjoying meals and playing carrom. Speaking of meals, I must highlight the food — especially the curd and chilly chicken which I loved, and my husband’s favourite was the dal and chapati… The staff at the hotel were sweet, friendly, and always attentive to our needs. The room, food, and overall service exceeded expectations.

Best and most comfortable hotel in Ooty. Take a first floor room if you want a view from the window, as the downstairs rooms’ windows function more as ventilation. Room size was slightly small but the facilities offered made up for it. Hygiene kits were provided. No restaurant, only kitchen, so you need to place your meal orders one meal in advance, but you’ll get freshly prepared, tasty and piping hot food. Also the access road is a steep downward slope from the main road, though cars can go down easily right to the entrance. All in all, will recommend this hotel strongly.
