Your information, plainly handled
This page explains, in plain English, what happens to anything you share with us through this website — above all through our chat assistant, Ask Aakash. Nothing complicated, and nothing hidden.
The chat assistant
When you chat with Ask Aakash, your messages are sent to our assistant for one purpose only: to answer them. We do not use your messages for marketing, and we do not sell them to anyone.
If you ask for a call-back
If you agree to a call-back, Ask Aakash collects your name, your phone number and a one-line note of what you asked, and sends them by email to our front office so that a real person can call you. That is the only information we keep — and only when you choose to give it.
No lists, no selling
We keep no marketing lists, and we never sell or trade your data. We use what you share only to help with your enquiry or your stay.
What your browser remembers
To make the chat work smoothly, the widget keeps a little information in your own browser, on your own device:
- Your conversationKept for the length of your visit only, so the chat is still there if you scroll away, and cleared when you close the tab.
- The first-time greetingA note of whether you have dismissed it, so we do not show it to you again.
This stays on your device and is not a tracking or advertising profile.
Asking us to remove something
